Vietnam reviews antidumping duties on PC strand from three countries

Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has announced that it has initiated a review of antidumping (AD) duties on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Malaysia, Thailand and China.
