Turkey increased import duty on rebar imports from non WTO member countries

According to Turkey’s Official Gazette published on April 17, Turkey has increased the 10 percent import duty on rebar to 30 percent for countries which are not members of the World Trade Organization (WTO). EU to impose new quota on imports

According to media sources, the European Commission has sent a notification to the World Trade Organization, stating that the EU will impose import quotas on certain steel products, including rebar and wire rod, for a period of 150 days starting from February 2, 2019..
