US DOC rescinds CVD review on reinforcing bar from Turkey’s Habas

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced it has rescinded the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on rebar from Turkey-based Habas for the period from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The review was initiated on August 22, 2025, with respect to Habaş based on the petition of the Rebar Trade Action Coalition. US DOC issues preliminary review results for reinforcing bars from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey.
