The final antidumping duties are as follows:

  • 48.1 percent for Jiangsu Yonggang Group Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Lianfeng Industrial Co., Ltd, Zhangjiagang Hongchang High Wires Co., Ltd and Zhangjiagang Shatai Steel Co., Ltd,
  • 62.1 percent for Jiangyin Xicheng Steel Co., Ltd, Jiangyin Ruihe Metal Products Co., Ltd
  • 62.1 percent for all other companies in China.

The investigation was launched on April 30, 2015, following the application filed by the European Steel Association (EUROFER), alleging that imports of the product under investigation from the country concerned increased overall in absolute terms and in terms of market share. The EC imposed preliminary antidumping duties on the abovementioned products in January this year.

The products subject to definitive AD duty currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7214 20 00, 7228 30 20, 7228 30 41, 7228 30 49, 7228 30 61, 7228 30 69, 7228 30 70 and 7228 30 89.
