The DOC has determined weighted-average dumping margins of 0.70 percent for Deacero and zero percent for ArcelorMittal Mexico.

The welcome cocktail party which took place at the fantastic Rahmi Koc Museum located at the shores of Golden Horn, hosted an international steel sculpture exhibition organized by Fundaçion Villacero. Artworks by fourteen artists from across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia were exhibited.

Grupo Villacero is taking the lead in organizing and supporting these steel sculpture exhibitions, which have now practically become a tradition following the success of the initial events showcasing Latin American artists during the ILAFA meetings in South America.
