			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Australian Government Antidumping Commission has announced that it has initiated an antidumping duty investigation against rebar imports from Turkey. The investigation has been launched upon the application of Liberty OneSteel, on the grounds of loss of market share and price suppression due to lower prices of imported goods from Turkey than their normal value.</p>
<p>The investigation will cover the period between October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018. Liberty OneSteel estimates a dumping margin of 8.2 percent, whereas the Commission’s estimation regarding the dumping margin is 12.6 percent.</p>
<p>The goods subject to the investigation are classified under the following Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers: 7213.10.00, 7214.20.00, 7227.90.10, 7227.90.90, 7228.30.10, 7228.30.90, 7228.60.10.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Australia&#8217;s Antidumping Commission has announced that it has initiated a review of the antidumping measures applying to certain reinforcing bars exported to Australia from South Korea and Taiwan (with the exception of Power Steel Co. Ltd). This review is limited to examining whether the variable factors, relevant to the taking of the antidumping measures, should be varied.</p>
<p>The review launched upon the applications lodged by Australia-based DITH Australia Pty Ltd and Liberty OneSteel (Newcastle) Pty Ltd covers the period between July 1, 2017 and June 30, 2018.</p>
<p>The antidumping duties were originally imposed on November 19, 2015 and range between three percent and 14.3 percent.</p>
<p>The products subject to antidumping review currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7213.10.00, 7214.20.00, 7227.90.10, 7227.90.90, 7228.30.10, 7228.30.90 and 7228.60.10.</p>

<p>The review launched upon the application lodged by Australia-based Liberty OneSteel Pty Ltd covers the period between April 1, 2017 and March 31, 2018 and covers all exporters of the goods exported to Australia from China.</p>
<p>The antidumping duties were originally imposed in April 12, 2016 and range between 15.2 percent and 30 percent. The products subject to antidumping review currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7214.20.00, 7228.30.90, 7213.10.00, 7227.90.10, 7227.90.90, 7228.30.10 and 7228.60.10.</p>
