			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Australia’s Antidumping Commission has announced that it has decided to impose definitive antidumping duty on rebar imports from China.</p>
<p>The commission has increased the duties from the preliminary duties which ranged between 5.8 percent and 17.8 percent. Accordingly, the antidumping duties are as follows:</p>
<ul>
<li>Shandong Shiheng Special Steel Group                                                : 15.3 percent</li>
<li>Shandong Iron and Steel Company Limited, Laiwu Company        : 16.4 percent</li>
<li>Jiangsu Yonggang Group Co. Ltd.                                                          : 11.7 percent</li>
<li>Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron &amp; Steel Co. Ltd                                         :  15.2 percent</li>
<li>uncooperative and all other exporters                                                   : 30 percent</li>
</ul>
<p>The goods subject to antidumping duty currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7214.20.00, 7228.30.90, 7213.10.00, 7227.90.10, 7227.90.90, 7228.30.10 and 7228.60.10.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Australia’s Antidumping Commission has announced that it has revised its preliminary antidumping duty rates for reinforcing bar imports from China. The revised duty rates are as follows:</p>
<ul>
<li>Shandong Shiheng Special Steel Group : 9.3 percent</li>
<li>Shandong Iron and Steel Company Limited, Laiwu Company : 5.8 percent</li>
<li>Jiangsu Yonggang Group Co. Ltd. : 13.5 percent</li>
<li>Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron &amp; Steel Co. Ltd : 11.3 percent</li>
<li>Uncooperative and all other exporters : 17.8 percent</li>
</ul>
<p>The antidumping duty investigation was initiated in July last year, upon the application by domestic producer OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd., and the preliminary antidumping duties were imposed on December 21, 2015. The goods subject to antidumping duty currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7214.20.00, 7228.30.90, 7213.10.00, 7227.90.10 and 7227.90.</p>
