			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Australia&#8217;s Antidumping Commission has announced that it has initiated a review regarding the antidumping order on imports of reinforcing bar from Chinese companies Zenith Steel Group Co., Ltd. (Zenith) and Jiangsu Yonggang Group Co., Ltd. (Yonggang) to examine whether the variable factors relevant to the taking of the antidumping measures have changed.</p>
<p>The review launched upon the application lodged by Zenith and Yonggang covers the period between April 1, 2016 and March 31, 2017 and covers the exports of the goods to Australia from China by Zenith and Yonggang. The products subject to antidumping review currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Number 7213.10.00, 7214.20.00, 7227.90.10, 7227.90.90, 7228.30.10, 7228.30.90 and 7228.60.10.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The European Commission (EC) has announced that it has imposed definitive antidumping duty on high fatigue performance (HFP) rebar imports from China.</p>
<p>The final antidumping duties are as follows:</p>
<ul>
<li>48.1 percent for Jiangsu Yonggang Group Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Lianfeng Industrial Co., Ltd, Zhangjiagang Hongchang High Wires Co., Ltd and Zhangjiagang Shatai Steel Co., Ltd,</li>
<li>62.1 percent for Jiangyin Xicheng Steel Co., Ltd, Jiangyin Ruihe Metal Products Co., Ltd</li>
<li>62.1 percent for all other companies in China.</li>
</ul>
<p>The investigation was launched on April 30, 2015, following the application filed by the European Steel Association (EUROFER), alleging that imports of the product under investigation from the country concerned increased overall in absolute terms and in terms of market share. The EC imposed preliminary antidumping duties on the abovementioned products in January this year.</p>
<p>The products subject to definitive AD duty currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7214 20 00, 7228 30 20, 7228 30 41, 7228 30 49, 7228 30 61, 7228 30 69, 7228 30 70 and 7228 30 89.</p>

<p>The commission has increased the duties from the preliminary duties which ranged between 5.8 percent and 17.8 percent. Accordingly, the antidumping duties are as follows:</p>
<ul>
<li>Shandong Shiheng Special Steel Group                                                : 15.3 percent</li>
<li>Shandong Iron and Steel Company Limited, Laiwu Company        : 16.4 percent</li>
<li>Jiangsu Yonggang Group Co. Ltd.                                                          : 11.7 percent</li>
<li>Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron &amp; Steel Co. Ltd                                         :  15.2 percent</li>
<li>uncooperative and all other exporters                                                   : 30 percent</li>
</ul>
<p>The goods subject to antidumping duty currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7214.20.00, 7228.30.90, 7213.10.00, 7227.90.10, 7227.90.90, 7228.30.10 and 7228.60.10.</p>

<ul>
<li>Shandong Shiheng Special Steel Group : 9.3 percent</li>
<li>Shandong Iron and Steel Company Limited, Laiwu Company : 5.8 percent</li>
<li>Jiangsu Yonggang Group Co. Ltd. : 13.5 percent</li>
<li>Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron &amp; Steel Co. Ltd : 11.3 percent</li>
<li>Uncooperative and all other exporters : 17.8 percent</li>
</ul>
<p>The antidumping duty investigation was initiated in July last year, upon the application by domestic producer OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd., and the preliminary antidumping duties were imposed on December 21, 2015. The goods subject to antidumping duty currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7214.20.00, 7228.30.90, 7213.10.00, 7227.90.10 and 7227.90.</p>
